An interesting running injury, the Flexor Hallucis Longus

This week I developed an interesting running injury I thought may be beneficial to share amongst those who are of the minimalist footwear or barefoot persuasion or religiously mid/fore foot strike in trainers (I doubt you would develop this little niggle).
